The new release schedule is for D2R Items: Resurrected's upcoming content is set for April 14 to patch 2.4 Then, the Ladder's release will occur two weeks after that on April 28. The delayed Ladder release will give players more time to ensure that the game's state is ready for a competitive setting.
  
  The third showstopper, and an extremely unacceptable issue, was that the storage units did not properly convert to the new versions in Diablo 2: Resurrected.
