In the context of RuneScape stories

  • What keeps me returning to OSRS Gold is the feeling it gives me like a living organism; always evolving with new challenges and locations. It is the skill of the interwoven tapestries, which tie the different gameplay aspects together, allowing me to move from making runestones to finding dinosaurs. My personal favourite is Archaeology due to how it blends lore and exploration into incredible skill development.

In the context of RuneScape stories, do not forget the questlines. In this game, I've experienced gothic terror as well as epic fantasy, and one man's desire to bake cakes. I'll never forget all the hours which I spent at the Temple of Light, even the times I wish I could. Then there's Old School RuneScape through which I can travel in time to the first game that I fell in love with.

I've taken breaks, often when I'm immersed in a new game, from RuneScape over the years. The longest occurred when the Evolution of Combat (also known as EoC) was released - the ability and action bars were in direct conflict with the RuneScape part of my brain.

RuneScape has always finds a way to snare me and this time I was snared by the Legacy Combat Mode, which revived the tick-based battles of the past. EoC and I have a rather turbulent relationship; mostly due to reluctance from my side, but I'm trying. Rarely.

My diaries still contain records about my latest RuneScape achievements, specifically when I'm able to acquire a new skilling pet, however, they have to share the space with short reflections on my favorite Indie Games I've played, as well as rants concerning my lack of Log Stool homemade recipes from Animal Crossing: New Horizons. I'm working on the list of things that I'd like to accomplish in RuneScape in the next year.

It would be nice to develop my Dungeoneering ability (unlikely) and renovate my money pit house. I might even finally make it to that Salt in the Wound quest; once upon a time I was looking forward to this quest until I heard from a friend about the pillar that he was talking about - you're aware of. Since that day , I've never found the strength to go after it, but perhaps 2022 could be OSRS Gold For Sale the year.
